8th April 2014:

Finds from archaeological investigations along the Bexhill-Hastings link road have gone on display at Bexhill Museum, East Sussex. The material represents just a fraction of the thousands of finds recovered by Oxford Archaeology since April 2013, and includes Upper Palaeolithic and Mesolithic flint tools, prehistoric, Roman and Saxon pottery, and fragments from an Iron Age bloomery. The exhibition also features a series of posters which reveals more about the exciting stories behind the fieldwork and the discoveries.

The exhibition has attracted local media interest. Click here to read an article on the Hastings Online Times.
