Oxford Archaeology, often working with university partners, has substantial experience of organising conferences, workshops, study tours and vocational courses in all aspects of conservation and heritage management. We are able to deliver courses, capacity building workshops and training in country or at our office in Oxford. Working with a wide range of associates, we can design bespoke training and capacity building courses in response to clients’ needs.

Over the last twenty-five years, Oxford Archaeology has provided expert advice to international private- and public-sector clients. Clients who wish to responsibly maximise the potential of their heritage assets turn to OA because we have demonstrable experience in balancing best practice conservation requirements against development objectives. We have advised on heritage policy development, conservation and resource management, heritage tourism strategy and in-country technical training and capacity building.
